Southeast Castings delivers precision-cast pump and valve components for industrial fluid control, automotive systems and general machinery. Stainless steel, carbon steel and specified alloy steels are processed by silica-sol investment casting, with CNC machining used to establish accurate bores, threads, connection ports and flange surfaces wherever the drawing requires them.
Before tooling is released, our investment casting team in China reviews each customer drawing. Engineers assess wall thickness, draft, machining allowances, reference datums, dimensional tolerances and inspection access. Resolving these details early helps limit sample-stage corrections and supports consistent dimensional control when the project moves into repeat production.
Manufacturing may cover wax tooling, ceramic shell preparation, melting and pouring, heat treatment, shot blasting, machining, polishing and dimensional checks. Typical components weigh 0.1–50 kg. Casting tolerances are commonly planned around ISO 8062 CT5–CT6, subject to the component geometry, specified process and requirements agreed for the individual project.
Southeast Castings supports custom pump housings, valve bodies, threaded covers and flanged components with manufacturing and export services from China. global procurement teams may supply 2D buyer specifications, 3D models or physical samples. Material certification, dimensional reporting and sample approval are arranged to match the technical and documentation requirements of each order.
To obtain a export quotation, share the component drawing, specified alloy, annual volume, required surface finish and delivery location. Our review considers manufacturability, tooling requirements, sample preparation and production scheduling, so the quotation clearly defines the proposed supply scope.
