Silica-sol lost-wax casting creates the housing close to its finished shape. Specified operations may include heat treatment, CNC milling, drilling, tapping, flange facing, polishing and passivation. Final machining establishes the critical sealing faces and mounting interfaces.
Sample approval can be supported by material certificates, dimensional reports and optional pressure or leakage testing.
